Round 1 - Interview with the PM

With a PM over Hangouts. 30 Min Call. Discussed about what I have done over my Career. At some points delved deeply into metrics for choices that I made. Asked why I wanted to leave my current company and why Great Learning. Briefly talked about Great Learning and what they did as a company

Round 2 - Another Interview with the PM

Again with a PM over Hangouts. Started with a brief Intro and About Me. Was given a Case Study of If I plan to start an After School Activities Centre, how would I start
and how would I scale it. Started right from money management, choosing activities, the TG, Areas etc. This continued with a discussion over how to market and scale using Traditional & Non-Traditional Marketing Channels. Every decision was data backed and success metrics were discussed.

Round 3 - Interview with the Group Product Manager & VP - Product & Tech.

The Pre-Final Round happened in the office. Was interviewed by the Group Product Manager & VP - Product & Tech.

- As I was interviewing for PM - Sales/Growth, these rounds assessed actual fit within the company and role. This was Part A and asked if I had to Design the Sales
Funnel, how would I go about it. Then we discuss problems with traditional CRMs and how to solve them. Balance between Sales Guy & User motivations were also
discussed

- This was taken by the Head - Product & Growth. Focussed more on V2 and how to create a Next Gen Experience and how to measure those. Machine Learning to
prioritise leads, Speech to Text to see Sales Call Efficacy etc was discussed and evaluated. Salary expectations were also briefly discussed.

Round 4 - Interview with the CEO

The Final Round was with the CEO. No Product/Tech questions were asked as such. Questions were around weight loss, Cultural Fit, my career aspirations, where do I see myself in 5-7 years. Also I was asked to be specific & blunt, beating around the bush was not encouraged.
