Product Manager Interview Experience at GlowRoad

I always had an itch to solve problems, I love sticking to first principles & analysing things by breaking them into multiple buckets. I had done couple of internships in Operations, Strategy, Analytics & had a bit of flavour of Product during my recent internship at Swiggy. After experiencing almost all sorts of career paths, I felt I could
make the most impact & expand my horizons by entering a product role. My interview experience with GlowRoad was pretty exciting & smooth. Here's the process after profile shortlisting

Round 1 - Problem Solving Round

Few case studies related to their product, mostly root cause analysis & puzzles.

Round 2 - Deck

The problem statement was well defined & around their product itself.

Round 3 - Business Round

Had few guesstimates & case studies, mostly around the business functions.

Round 4 - Technical Round

Had a couple of questions on SQL & about the work done in my analytics internship.

Round 5 - Product Thinking & Strategy Round

A couple of questions on the user workflow, product recommendations & business strategy.

around my profile, vision & interest in Product Management.
