PM Interview Experience at Hevo data

I'm a 2019 IIT Guwahati pass-out. And was able to crack a APM role at Hevo data recently. Sharing my experience below.

Round 1 - Case Study

The case studies were focused on the company product space. It tested my approach to Problem Solving and Strategy. And prodded me to share insights. This also gave me a teaser into the possible work profile at Hevo data .

Round 2 - Interview with CTO

Began with a brief introduction, interests and why I want to get into Product Management. Further, I was asked to solve a fresh case study revolving around Product Strategy. This case study was not related to the Company. I was tested on how broadly can I think of possible pros and cos. This also tested my approach to see if I can dive deeper to assess a problem.
